The ODAA is committed to serving the needs of the entire membership. We are proposing that only clinical assistants become regulated as their work is directly related to public safety. The ODAA will continue to be the certifying body for Administrative Assistants or CDRs with the same requirements for certification, but it will be voluntary. However, any receptionist that occasionally fills in for a clinical assistant will have to be licensed.
