Sometimes, I submit courses that I have attended and we are told that it is worth more credits than what the ODAA gives me. Why is that?

The ODAA awards credits for courses, not the course provider. We have noticed that dental fests sometimes advertise that they are worth two credits, when in fact we only give one credit.
