Yes, it has. At the January 2010 Board meeting, the Board of Directors passed a resolution to certify office managers. We are presently developing the policies around this certification and will advise our members when they are ready. Judy Melville, ODAA Executive Director, will be organizing focus groups in the near future and inviting members to assist in the development of these criteria.
