The ODAA recommends that employers offer an annual wage increase that at minimum matches the cost-of-living increase. Wage increases which recognize increased skills, duties, or seniority should exceed the cost-of-living increase. The salary guide represents the average hourly wage and not the maximum or minimum wage the Ontario Dental Assistants Association recommends for its certified members.

If you have any questions or need assistance in using the wage information, please contact the ODAA office.
